Mark A. Giulietti manages Connecticut’s Lemon Law Arbitration Program within the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection, a position he has held since 1986. Mr. Giulietti also served on the Board of Directors for the International Association of Lemon Law Administrators (IALLA).
