Carol Roberts – Interview conducted on 8-7-2008 by Dr. Jerold Duquette with Carol Roberts. Carol Roberts, of Winthrop, Maine,  has a long career in consumer mediation and Lemon Law administration, including direction of the Lemon Law arbitration program in Maine’s department of the Attorney general. Since 1997, she has been  Executive Director of the International  Association of Lemon Law Administrators.
