Bob Douglas of Bristol Connecticut at Central Connecticut State University located in New Britain Connecticut on Friday, February 20, 2015 conducted a recorded interview of Biagio Billy Ciotto of Wethersfield, Connecticut.
Interview: Senator Billy Ciotto served as State Senator representing the CT General Assembly’s 9th Senatorial District from 1995 to 2007. He had been a longtime employee of the state’s Department of Motor Vehicles, until retiring as Deputy Commissioner of that agency in 1989.
